Age requirements: Must be 16 years or older
Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week | June 30 – August 14, 2026

Position Summary:
Join our team this summer and gain hands-on experience in early childhood education! As a Summer Intern at Tiny Tots Academy, you will work closely with one of our Senior Core Teachers to help create and lead fun, age-appropriate activities for children ages 3–5. From storytelling and crafts to outdoor adventures and exciting field trips, you will play a key role in supporting a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for our tiny tots.
What You’ll Need:
- A valid Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Second Step certificate (can be completed online in just a few hours)
- A genuine interest in early childhood education
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well with children, parents, and our teaching team
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with classroom activities, crafts, games, and storytime
- Help supervise children during field trips and outdoor exploration
- Support preparation of learning materials and activity set-ups
- Help with check-in/check-out procedures and classroom transitions
- Maintain accurate records and assist with daily routines
- Follow all school and Ministry of Education guidelines and policies
- Pitch in where needed with other tasks to support the team
