Responsibilities:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our company's food and beverage operations through rotational training.
  • Drive sales and profitability across our outlets.
  • Develop mastery in restaurant operations, including manpower scheduling, administrative tasks, and inventory control.
  • Oversee proper training for new employees and monitor their progress.
  • Ensure compliance with outlet operations, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per SFA regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare business reports and assist in ad-hoc duties.
  • Regularly assess individual performance and collaborate with superiors for career progression.
