Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our company's food and beverage operations through rotational training.
- Drive sales and profitability across our outlets.
- Develop mastery in restaurant operations, including manpower scheduling, administrative tasks, and inventory control.
- Oversee proper training for new employees and monitor their progress.
- Ensure compliance with outlet operations, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per SFA regulations and company policies.
- Prepare business reports and assist in ad-hoc duties.
- Regularly assess individual performance and collaborate with superiors for career progression.
