SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

· Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

. Able to work in construction site working environment

. Carry out any other ad-hoc project,assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned

· Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time

· Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

· Ensure safety matters on site and qualityof completed works

· Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

· Supervise site electrical installation.

· Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities

· Raise purchase requisition

· Liaise with Project Manager

· Prepare documents for electrical testing

· Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

· Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

· Project planning, execute resource management and control

· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors,suppliers and Consultants for BuildingConstruction
