SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and plans.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain records, report progress to project supervisor/Manager, and communicate any issues or delays on site.
• continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and Experience in Construction work site Carpenter Formwork, Rebar
• With atleast one year experience in Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial and/or Institutional projects.
• Able to stand and handle packing tasks for several hours

Assign and coordinate tasks for your team members

Attend monthly safety inspection and meetings

Manage and coordinate daily corrective actions
