GENERAL JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for the customer’s experience in the Branch and the process of returns to ensure the branch’s sales and refund targets are met. He/she will organise and coordinate all operational activities infrastructure, resources, personnel and systems so as to support the best possible sales experience for the customer.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the leadership of the customer experience in branch
- Maintain staff job results by motivating, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Produce accurate reports and statistics and submit on or before the required timeline.
- Set up proper lines of communications to ensure there is effective information flow within the branch.
- Management of branch UTL.
- Monitor the sales, cashier, delivery clerks and warehouse team members to ensure service delivery is optimal and in keeping with company standards.
- Practice proper inventory management by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data.
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 2 years’ experience at the supervisor level in the retail industry
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft excel and word
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
