Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests
- Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations on pastries, desserts, and beverages
- Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable dining environment
- Handle guest feedback with empathy, ownership, and professionalism
- Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness
- Oversee section operations and ensure team alignment during service
- Coach junior team members and uphold service standards
- Assist in managing reservations, guest flow, and floor coordination
