Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full daily operation of integrated outlet (hair salon + grocery convenience store), arrange staff roster, monitor daily workflow, attendance, hygiene, and service standard.

2. Lead a full team including hair stylists, retail staff, cashiers, and cleaners; conduct on-job training, performance review, and resolve internal staff conflicts to retain a stable workforce.

3. Manage inventory of hair care products, snacks & daily groceries, conduct regular stock take, arrange replenishment, minimize goods wastage, and control operational cost.

4. Handle customer complaints, maintain regular client relationships, improve customer return rate; supervise store environment and service etiquette to guarantee customer satisfaction.

5. Reconcile daily cash & sales report, submit financial data to HQ on time, hit monthly sales target, and plan simple in-store promotion activities.

6. Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.

7. Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair.

8. Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store. Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a hair stylist or colorist.

* A wide palette of styling and coloring techniques.

* Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Good verbal communication.

* Physical stamina.

* Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance, capable of multi-tasking, careful and patient with a service mindset.

* Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

* Able to work on weekends and public holidays

* assist senior hairdressers with hair dressing work

* able to start immediately
