SUPERVISOR

  • Maintain and expand the company’s client base through proactive communication, understanding clients’ evolving needs, and providing effective business solutions.
  • Engage potential clients to identify requirements and propose appropriate products or collaboration plans aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain regular contact and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and qualify business leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Manage all client correspondence professionally and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, including those related to commercial or financial matters.
  • Support internal sales and marketing teams through presentations, training, and client engagement activities.
  • Gather and analyze market data to improve strategies and meet business and financial objectives.
  • Promote the company’s full product range and highlight its quality and culinary applications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in F&B, food manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
