Supervisor Civil- Infrastructure
- Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing
<\/span><\/li>- workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain accurate records of progress and quality control measures.
<\/span><\/li>- Utilise the allocated resources like labour, materials, and equipment optimally
<\/span><\/li>- Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
<\/span><\/li>- Supervise workers to ensure that work is performed to the highest quality, safely, and
<\/span><\/li>- on time.
<\/span><\/li>- Submit an indent for construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not
<\/span><\/li>- hampered by a materials shortage.
<\/span><\/li>- Inspect materials that are delivered on\-site to ensure adherence to specifications.
<\/span><\/li>- Minimize wastage control for all materials at the site.
