SUMMARY
The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites. A janitor supervisor has over 1 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenas and is well-versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling, and training.
SHIFT DETAILS:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (includes Janitorial and GMP cleaning duties).
Tuesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Janitorial duties).
Occasional Sunday work may be required based on business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For instance, some roles may involve janitorial tasks that necessitate specific training, while others may be situated in GMP spaces and/or data centers, requiring additional or specialized training and techniques. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
- Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques
- Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
- Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
- All other duties as defined by supervisor.
