Job Summary

You will lead operational and administrative activities, including supervising daily tasks, setting SOPs, managing staff, handling client complaints, planning schedules, and driving sales. You will also prepare project proposals and manage multiple locations with flexible work hours.

  • Coordinate and organize daily operational duties to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise and monitor daily work performance to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes
  • Perform administrative tasks to support operational and project activities
  • Apply knowledge of chemicals to ensure safe and compliant handling in operations
  • Plan and schedule work activities to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines
  • Execute sales activities to achieve business targets and customer engagement
  • Resolve client complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and lead staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment
  • Prepare detailed project proposals to support business development and client acquisition
  • Take responsibility for managing operations across multiple locations as assigned
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules including split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
