Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of full-time and part-time staff to achieve operational goals

  • Oversee daily cafe operations to maintain smooth and effective service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequacy and minimize wastage
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the cafe to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Required competencies and certifications

  • Have at least 3 year of experience as a Cafe Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager
