Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Possess general electrical and plumbing skills.
• General repairs and painting works.
• Carpentry skills.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technicians.
• Assign work orders, projects, and maintenance tasks based on priorities and resources.

• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to technicians.
• Conduct inspections and verify completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist in problem resolution.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and conduct safety briefings.
• Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must have valid Class 3 driving license.
• Able to commit 6 days 12 hours work schedule per week.
