Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Possess general electrical and plumbing skills.
- General repairs and painting works.
- Carpentry skills.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of technicians.
- Assign work orders, projects, and maintenance tasks based on priorities and resources.
- Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to technicians.
- Conduct inspections and verify completed work for accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist in problem resolution.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and conduct safety briefings.
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of technical experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must have valid Class 3 driving license.
- Able to commit 6 days 12 hours work schedule per week.
