Supervisor, Operations

- Arrange Pre-shift meeting and post work safety briefing/ communication

-Plant facility/ equipment/ tool maintenance

-Complete the fire extinguisher demand statistics table

-Inventory management and storage area planning

-Staff / manpower management and work arrangement for each shift

-On-site personnel education training and certification

-5S environmental maintenance & PCPD safety quality observation activities

-Ad hoc assignment

-Diploma Degree (High school is acceptable)

-3+ years of proven warehouse experience

-Familiar with Manufacture warehouse operations, transportation management, WMS environment experience; customer service skills; negotiation skills.

-Customer driven – Meets customer expectations and delivers what is expected.

-Driving people performance – Maintains performance under pressure.

-Working and managing as a team – Cooperates well with others within and across departments to get the work done.
