- Monitor staff performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Prepare simple reports on sales, attendance, and stock usage for management review
- Assist management in implementing new procedures, promotions, and operational improvements to support business growth
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support daily operations
