Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow that meets business goals
- Arrange staff duty rosters and allocate manpower based on business needs to ensure adequate coverage
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold high service standards and positive work attitudes
- Monitor staff performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and quality
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Prepare simple reports such as sales, attendance, and stock usage for management review
- Assist management in implementing new procedures, promotions, and operational improvements to support business growth
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to support daily operations
