Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow that meets business goals
  • Arrange staff duty rosters and allocate manpower based on business needs to ensure adequate coverage
  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to uphold high service standards and positive work attitudes
  • Monitor staff performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and quality
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Prepare simple reports such as sales, attendance, and stock usage for management review
  • Assist management in implementing new procedures, promotions, and operational improvements to support business growth
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support daily operations
