Job Summary
Supervise daily operations to ensure work meets company standards. Allocate duties, monitor worker performance, maintain workplace safety and compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, manage attendance and scheduling, report issues, and train new workers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure tasks are completed according to company standards
- Allocate duties to workers and monitor their performance to maintain productivity
- Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate communication and activities with management, clients, suppliers, and workers
- Manage workers’ attendance, scheduling, and basic work arrangements to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and report operational issues and assist in resolving daily problems promptly
- Train and guide new workers to support their integration and performance
