SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for day-to-day operation duties.Use system to issue DOs and Invoices.

· Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised.

· Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.

· Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP

· Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claim.

· Review and verify invoice from suppliers

· Receiving and issuing of stock.

· Stock arranging and updating stock into system.

· Stock replenishing ordering.

· Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the daily delivery schedule of the drivers.

· Plan daily delivery routes and assign deliveries tasks to delivery team.

· Ensure stock are accountable updated into the system during issuing, receiving and in the warehouse.

· Monthly/Yearly inventory stock take.

· Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams.

· Ensure deliveries routes are efficiently planned with customers timing restriction in mind.

· Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in correct amount.

· Handling of Customer’s order, feedback, discrepancies, and issues

· Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.

Job Requirements

· Able to work night shift and split shift, and OT on weekends and public holiday
