Position: Shift Leader/ Supervisor
Location: Waterloo
Working Hours: Shift-based (all day dining)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage front-of-house operations during service shifts
  • Lead, guide, and motivate service crew to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and handle feedback or service recovery professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with service standards
  • Support daily opening and closing duties

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills
