Job Summary

You will oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver efficient service, uphold quality and hygiene standards, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic F&B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to deliver efficient and high-quality service
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards to comply with safety regulations
  • Manage customer feedback and execute service recovery to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability
  • Conduct staff briefings and support training to develop team capabilities and performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards to maintain a safe environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and coordinated operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Proficient command of English to communicate effectively with staff and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
  • Effective communication skills to manage staff and customer interactions
