Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met.

· Ensure production schedules are followed and completed on time.

· Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust resources when necessary.

· Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications.

· Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain product quality.

· Investigate production defects or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.

· Enforce workplace safety policies and regulations at all times.

· Maintain accurate production records and inventory usage reports.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

· Able to handle and operate chemical production processes safely and efficiently.

· Willing to work rotating shifts,including night shifts .

· Willing to work on Weekend & PH .

· Able to work overtime when required.
