SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with and Site Manager on the day to day running of site.
• Site Supervision of sub-contractors and workers.
• Ensure safe work procedures control measures at site.
• Preferably 1 - 3 years working experience in building construction industry / project site work.
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
• Assist Project Manager to prepare and submit monthly progress claim to client.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Civil).
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to interpret drawing/blueprints.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Class3 driving licence is preferred.
