Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our personal care products retail outlet.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily retail shop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and guide retail staff to provide good customer service.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable personal care products.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange product display, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Handle cashiering, sales transactions, and daily sales reports.
• Check inventory, receive goods, and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product presentation.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, service standards, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Relevant retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in personal care, beauty, skincare, healthcare, or retail products will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate with customers and staff effectively.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
