SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise team members to meet daily targets.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work quality.
  • Train, coach, and support staff; handle basic discipline issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Prepare simple reports, track attendance, and update management.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational problems and customer/stakeholder issues.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a supervisory/team-lead role.
  • Knowledge of operations procedures and safety/quality standards.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, Excel/reporting).
  • Willing to work shifts/overtime (if required).
