Supervisor, Warehouse Operation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities within a technical repair and manufacturing environment, ensuring operational excellence, product quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily production operations involving electronic repair, testing, mechanical assembly, and manufacturing activities.
  • Manage and deploy production operators to meet production schedules and operational targets.
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), manpower allocation, and production output to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all repair and assembly activities comply with quality standards, engineering specifications, and approved work instructions.
  • Investigate production issues and coordinate solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Drive KPI performance including productivity, yield, cycle time, and defect reduction.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety, ESD controls, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates on production performance.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory and hands on experience in electronics manufacturing, technical repair operations, or mechanical assembly environments.
  • Strong understanding of production control, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ESD requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill.
