Supervisor Warehousing

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, who will manage warehouse operations, ensure efficient processes, and lead a team of employees.

Job responsibilities:

• Implementation and adherence to material handling and storage standards
• Ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with internal regulations
• Communication and coordination of warehouse activities with internal departments and external partners
• Monitoring inventory accuracy, organization, and management of stocktaking activities
• Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of KPI indicators
• Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives in warehouse management
• Value stream mapping and identification of process optimization opportunities
• Managing projects related to warehouse operations and material flows
• Leading and developing the assigned team
• Ensuring compliance with integrated management system procedures

Candidate requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in logistics or warehouse management
• Experience with team leadership
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to solve problems and improve processes
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills

The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 25 200€ to 31 500€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
