SUPERVISORY CAREER FIELD MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

The primary purpose of this position is to provide developmental experience designed to broaden the skills and/or enhance the leadership perspective of an identified high-potential, manager/executive; it is not a continuing position and assignment duration is limited to 36 Months.

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Force Support Career Program, ensuring that the activities complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Directorate and promotes civilian career management goals at Policy Council meetings and other formal panel or committee meetings. Develops methods and philosophy for promoting management advisory services. Markets and advocates civilian career management.
