SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUIT/EMPL REL)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM (SYSCOM) of HQ US MARINE CORPS. You will serve as an advisor to Manager, Staffing and Classification and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC).

You will work closely with Human Resources Organizational Management Branch (HROM) principal advisors in the areas of recruitment/classification and employee relations to provide management advice and service.

You will develop, implement, and coordinate employee relations programs for MCSC to meet immediate and long-range needs.

You will provide supervisors and managers with interpretations of Marine Corps policies regarding recruitment, position classification, position management and employee relations programs.

You will provide administrative and technical supervision, instruction, and counseling necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.
