As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement), you will perform the following duties: Providing Human Resources management advisory services to higher level managers and supervisors on areas of recruitment and placement. Analyzing trends and forecast changes in workforce requirements that may impact future recruitment and placement procedures. Developing action plans to improve productivity to meet human resources goals, objectives, and milestones. Effectuating minor disciplinary measures, such as warnings and reprimands and recommending other action in more serious cases. Providing guidance and instruction to subordinate Human Resources Specialist on both work and administrative matters Supervising a group of Human Resources employees and providing technical guidance to subordinate staff.
