SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Installation Fleet and Family Readiness Director, Naval Support Activity Washington (NSAW) of NSA WASHINGTON.

You will manage personnel resources assigned to the department; develop objectives and standards; provide guidance and support; evaluate performance; approve training plans; initiate or approve personnel actions.

You will organize, plan and assign work, set priorities, and monitor workflow of subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and the requirements of the assignments, and the capabilities of the employees.

You will identify short and long term financial, personnel, and material needs.

You will perform other duties as assigned.
