SUPERVISORY REGIONAL SARC

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY REGIONAL SARC in the Department of Navy of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.

You will perform administrative and technical supervisory duties to include work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave.

You will assign work; establish performance standards, objectives and conduct performance evaluation of subordinates. Provide guidance, information and training on performance and administrative matters.

You will supervise a regional team of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response SAPR personnel, comprising of Supervisory Sexual Assault Response Coordinators SARCs, and/or SAPR Victim Advocates VAs.

You will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of the SAPR Program throughout the regional Area of responsibility AOR and subordinate organizations.

You will provide guidance on program implementation; monitor and evaluate compliance with policy impacting the SAPR Program, and assists in the development, implementation and oversight of command program guidance.

You will write, establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and SAPR Order.

You will conduct assessment to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the SAPR Program and victim care system.
