SUPERVISORY WORK AND FAMILY LIFE SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Work and Family LIfe Specialist in the Family Readiness Diviision of NAVSUBASE KINGSBAY.

You will organize, set, and monitor workflow of the Work and Family Life Program. (WFL)

You will monitor and report on the status, progress, timeliness, quantity, and quality of individual and teamwork.

You will develop and implement procedures to monitor, analyze and document service effectiveness.

You will apply concepts, principles, and theories relating to WFL services delivery systems to analyze and interpret complete social and behavioral data concerning clients.
