SUPERVSOR

Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
Coordinate and direct subcontractor schedules and activities
Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings
Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans
Oversee subcontractor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and programs
Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, for all project activities
Readily communicate issues with all involved parties
Maintain professional relationships and build strong, lasting relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors
Work in tandem with other department managers to ensure a seamless process
Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including subcontractor bidding, design review, and project oversight
Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, project stakeholders
