🚀 Our story
Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts and we're doing that by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world towards a sustainable future where anyone can fix anything.
Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we utilize cutting-edge technology to solve challenging but exciting problems that make a huge impact in a $1.9 trillion industry. We've more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and expect to double in size again over the coming 12 months. We're a global team spanning both Europe and Australasia.
We provide a scalable digital infrastructure solution to some of the world's largest businesses and the most exciting startups. Partly's solutions are integrated across hundreds of companies globally, providing the backbone for cataloging and managing parts online.
Our investors include Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp etc.), Square Peg, Octopus Ventures, Icehouse, Peter Beck (Rocket Lab), Akshay Kothari (Notion Co-Founder) and Dylan Field (Figma Co-Founder).
We're continuing to build a world-class team and ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience.

🖍️ This role
As Supplier Success Manager, NZ, you'll own the moment a supplier goes from signed to live, active, and successful on our New Zealand Repair Network. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you'll sit at the center of our NZ supply team.
Once Sales signs a supplier, you take the handoff and turn the partnership into reality: getting them fully integrated, ensuring they're listing accurate inventory, driving day-to-day adoption and engagement, and holding them accountable to high performance standards so repairers can find the right parts, see accurate availability, and trust the supplier on the other end.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with both commercial and operational ownership—not a back-office account management position. If you enjoy helping suppliers succeed, diving into the details of how a marketplace performs, and becoming the trusted partner suppliers rely on, this role is for you.
đź’» What will you do
Activate newly signed suppliers. Take the handoff from Sales and guide every new supplier from contract signature to full go-live: integrated, listing accurate inventory, responsive, and fully engaged. Own the onboarding plan and timeline.
Drive adoption and engagement. Keep suppliers active and invested in the Partly experience. Lead regular check-ins, increase adoption of key features, and make sure suppliers stay engaged long after launch.
Own supplier performance. Use Partly's supplier performance tools and data to monitor fulfillment reliability, inventory accuracy, response times, and instant-offer coverage. Identify performance gaps and partner with suppliers to improve results.
Be the supplier's primary point of contact. Become the trusted day-to-day partner suppliers turn to when they need help. Resolve issues end-to-end by collaborating with Solutions Engineering and Product rather than simply escalating them.
Be the Voice of the Supplier internally. Synthesize supplier feedback, challenges, and priorities into actionable insights. Represent their perspective to Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to help shape what we build and prioritize.
Visit suppliers in person. Strong relationships are built face-to-face. Travel across New Zealand to meet suppliers, build trust, and develop a firsthand understanding of their business.
🥷 Your skills
Customer-focused and relationship-driven. You've managed customer or account relationships before and build trust quickly. You're comfortable representing Partly as the primary contact for suppliers.
Hands-on and highly organized. You can manage multiple supplier relationships and onboarding plans simultaneously without losing attention to detail. You follow through and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
(Preferred) Comfortable with data and systems. You're comfortable working in dashboards and CRMs, interpreting supplier performance metrics, and turning data into clear action plans.
(Preferred) Strong communicator across audiences. You can confidently communicate with suppliers, engineers, and senior leaders, adjusting your approach for each audience.
Commercial empathy. You take the time to understand how suppliers operate, what drives their business, and what challenges they face—and you advocate for them internally.
Ownership mindset. You're proactive, decisive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
(Bonus) Automotive, marketplace, or B2B SaaS experience. Experience in the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, marketplaces, or supplier-focused B2B SaaS is a plus. Strong generalists are encouraged to apply.
Please note: if you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many people count themselves out. We'd love the chance to learn more about you and why you're exceptional.
