Supply Chain Analysis Sr Manager, APAC

Overview •Play an ISCP APAC business leader role to drive LD&T planning agenda •Ensure supply chain KPIs’ deployment to deliver business results and achieve target: fulfill customer demand with effective cost •Develop supply chain operation structure and system capacity to support middle-long term business growth while achieving regional/global management requirement. •Optimize supply chain network and process to improve working efficiency •Implement global initiatives on transportation, warehousing, and inventory optimization Responsibilities •Supply chain ISCP and AOP plan and KPIs tracking for BUs supply chain to support business growth •Improve ISCP performance, working with Global Modeling and Sector IT team. •Supply chain distribution network planning and optimization to ensure optimized and lowest cost for any new plant or Distribution center, or peak/ nonpeak season •Supply chain database maintenance, reporting and KPI tracking, analysis to sustain smooth performance and drive continuous improvement •Work out the Capacity expansion Road map for SDD •Building Network analysis capability for BUs to enable their self-service. •Support forecast accuracy improvement project, DC optimization project through cross function teamwork •Work with Global team on future Planning or Network Tools Qualifications •University graduate or above with 5+ years in supply chain management working experiences in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG industry •Data sensitivity with excellent analytical mindset and computer skills to handle massive data •Strong knowledge with supply chain KPIs, supply chain tools and ERP system, SAP will be a plus •Good communication and coaching skills •Fluent in written and oral English and mandarin •Be familiar with CFR’s supply chain process, workflows and system to drive continuous improvement •General knowledge on other operations’ function will be a plus
