Summary :
The Supply Chain Analyst will support the Chelmsford US Buying team by executing key operational and analytical activities that ensure accurate purchasing, timely supplier follow‑up, and strong data management. This role is critical to maintaining smooth procurement operations, improving visibility, and supporting buyers in day‑to‑day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Chelmsford US Buyers with daily analytical and operational tasks.
Perform PO maintenance activities in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Download, organize, and distribute NC (Non‑Conformance) documents as required.
Assist buyers in expediting local suppliers in Southeast Asia to ensure on‑time delivery.
Obtain and consolidate Finished Goods status for BKP items.
Complete Vendor Sales Order (VSO) POs and update Scheduled Shipping Date (SSD) in alignment with process requirements.
Provide general analytical support, including data extraction, consolidation, and reporting.
Maintain structured documentation and follow standard work procedures.
Required Skills :
Strong ability to organize, manage, and analyze large volumes of data.
Solid understanding of standard procurement workflows, especially within Oracle.
Intermediate or Advance proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning) and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Effective communication and follow‑up skills with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a buyer or procurement support role.
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with Ms Excel and its applications
Preferably from semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills as the candidate will be working closing with the Global Team in the US.
Willingness and flexibility to participate in occasional evening or night calls with the US-based Global Team and accommodate time zone differences
