Supply Chain Analyst I

The Supply Chain Analyst will support strategic and operational initiatives that improve efficiency, flexibility, service, and cost performance across YETI’s distribution network. This role will contribute to both day-to-day execution and longer-term projects by analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking key deliverables, and helping drive continuous improvement. Aligned with our sales channels, this role will help support speed, accuracy, and seamless execution in partnership with internal teams and customers. Sitting at the intersection of supply chain, operations, sales, e-commerce, and IT, this person will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support scalable processes and a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams and external service providers, including 3PLs, to support execution and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network.
- Analyze supply chain and operational data to support project development, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Support supply chain projects and operational initiatives focused on improving service, efficiency, flexibility, and cost performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help drive improvements in service levels, execution, and overall supply chain performance.
- Comfortable performing repeatable daily tasks while proactively identifying opportunities to automate and optimize processes for future scalability.
- Support planning for new product launches, peak holiday periods, and promotional events by using demand forecasts to help prepare 3PL partners and logistics stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, operations, logistics, or related environment;
- Experience with ERP systems, with SAP preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
- Strong attention to detail, proactive critical thinking
- Process-oriented and team-focused
