Join our Supply Chain team and help drive operational excellence through advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.
In this role, you will support Customer, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes by analyzing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping shape smarter, more efficient operations.
🚀 Your responsibilities
- Own and manage data used for KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting
- Analyze trends and identify root causes behind operational gaps
- Support decision-making by providing actionable insights
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure their impact
- Quantify business impact of proposed and implemented improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes
As a Customer / Logistics Analyst you will additionally:
- Analyze customer behavior (order patterns, deliveries, returns, requirements)
- Monitor service levels and logistics costs on customer level
- Identify key drivers impacting service performance and cost efficiency
- Support Logistics Account Managers with data and insights
- Translate customer insights into improvement initiatives
- Evaluate gaps vs. agreed service levels and quantify their impact
🎯 Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics or similar
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis / supply chain / logistics
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large data sets
- Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL (or similar)
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain data to business stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven approach
💡 Nice to have:
- APICS / CSCP / CPIM or analytics certification
- Experience in customer-focused supply chain environments
