To continue this success we are looking for a Supply Chain assistant who will provide end-to-end support to the Korea Supply Chain Manager in managing supply chain operations across key channels and distributors (e.g., Coupang, Costco). This includes purchase order management, co-manufacturer coordination, SAP transaction processing, order fulfilment, and customer service (claims) coordination. Additionally ensuring smooth execution and consistent service level delivery to support business growth in Korea, with scope to extend support to the Japan market. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. End to end Order Management & Fulfilment Manage daily order processing for e-commerce and retail channels (e.g., Coupang, Costco) Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse on order picking, packing, and delivery to distribution centres. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet customer service levels Monitor order status and resolve any operational issues promptly Coordinate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely import/export activities and accurate shipment tracking. Manage outbound-related data for month-end operational closing and sales billing alignment. 2. Purchase Order (PO) Management Create, review, and issue POs to co-manufacturers and suppliers based on demand planning Track PO acknowledgements and ensure timely confirmation from suppliers Manage PO changes and follow up on production and delivery schedules Manage customer communications by providing timely updates on shipment schedules, ensuring accurate documentation, and responding promptly to inquiries and support needs. 3. Inventory & Supply Planning Support Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock to support demand Coordinate with planning team to maintain optimal inventory (e.g., safety stock / buffer) Support replenishment planning and mitigate stock-out risks 4. SAP, Documentation & Compliance Perform day-to-day SAP transactional activities, including PO and SO processing, delivery creation, goods receipt, invoicing, and reporting. Maintain accurate and timely system entries to support smooth order fulfilment and reporting. Support month-end closing activities by preparing and maintaining accurate supply chain reports, and collaborating closely with the Control team to ensure timely and effective financial closing. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation for GCS compliance Maintain and update SAP master data related to customers, SKUs, pricing, and vendor information. 5. Customer Service (Claim) Coordination Serve as the primary SCM coordinator for handling and tracking customer product claims, quality issues, and logistics complaint. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (QA, legal, Commercial) and external partners (Coman, 3PL) to investigate the root causes of claims. Maintain and analyze customer claim logs and compliance records to identify recurring issues and provide data-driven feedback to the supply chain team. 6. Continuous Improvement Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency Manage and update operational trackers and performance metrics to support supply chain visibility and reporting. Qualifications About you: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field 2–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or procurement Experience handling e-commerce or international markets is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of supply chain processes (order management, PO, inventory) Good proficiency in excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, data visualization techniques for data analysis. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in Excel and ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
