Our client, an established Japanese MNC, is seekingfor a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

· Generateinvoices and prepare shipping documentation to support order fulfilment.

· Coordinateand track shipments with freight forwarders, customers, and logistics partnersto ensure smooth delivery.

· Reviewand verify shipment information for accuracy and completeness.

· Collaboratewith regional subsidiaries, distributors, and internal stakeholders on orderand logistics matters.

· Arrangetransportation and delivery schedules between warehouses and installationsites.

· Manageinventory movement and storage coordination; Maintain accurate records ofinventory, warehouse transactions, and shipment activities.

· Supportday-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across regional markets.

· Assistwith ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by the team.

Job Requirements:

· MinimumNitec/ Diploma and above

· Minimum3 years of relevant experience

· Forkliftlicense will be advantageous

· Proficientin MS Office; Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be preferred
