Supply Chain Coordinator

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to the complete supply chain cycle, including shipping, customs, and trade compliance documents.
• Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and inventory teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities.
• Ensure supplier and customer expectations are consistently met within agreed timelines through effective communication and proactive coordination.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any operational issues to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

· Possess aDegree, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.

· With noexperience are welcome to apply.

· Goodcommunication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to liaisewith Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents on shipping matters).

· Work location:Tuas. Company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT.
