The Role: Supply Chain & Demand Planner
Are you mathematically minded, organised, and keen to develop in a dynamic supply chain environment? We’re looking for someone with strong administrative and communication skills to join our Supply Chain Team. If you’re already experienced in logistics or planning — great. If not, we provide full training so you can build a rewarding career from the ground up.
This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving and cross-department collaboration.

- Manage and forecast inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Oversee logistics of shipments from our suppliers in the Far East into UK & US warehouses
- Track delivery performance, proactively expediting or airfreighting when required
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to provide accurate delivery timelines
- Maintain data accuracy in our ERP system for planning and scheduling
- Work with multiple departments on new product introduction timelines

Skills We’re Looking For
✔ Technical degree (Business / Maths / Science / Logistics or equivalent)
✔ Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
✔ Interest in business operations and supply chain
✔ Proficient IT skills (MS Excel an advantage)
✔ Excellent communicator
✔ Self-driven with a proactive mindset
✔ A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
