Role

Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for supporting purchase order and distribution order management while ensuring data integrity and timely maintenance of receipt schedules and goods-in-transit records. Will assist in maintaining and updating supplier master data and support data analysis.

Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

  • Purchase order and Distribution order release /amendment
  • Purchase orders receipts dates Maintenance
  • Goods in Transit Sheet maintenance

Supplier Master Data

  • Coordinates ordering/planning parameter changes in ERP under governance from Supply Chain Manager and Buyer.
  • Reviews and updates supplier master data including lead times in ERP under governance from Supply Chain Manager



Data Analysis:

  • Data cleaning, validation, and transformation to improve reporting accuracy
  • Assist in MIS reports, Presentations and Root Cause analysis

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in materials planning, inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with preferred advance Excel capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
