Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst
6 Month Initial Contract

Our client is a global multinational organization seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to support its international distribution and logistics operations. This role offers exposure to global stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to supply chain reporting, logistics analysis, freight management, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

  • Maintain freight pricing structures and logistics-related data.
  • Support freight and duty calculations within SAP.
  • Review freight invoices and billing documentation against shipment records and agreed commercial terms.
  • Manage freight accrual reporting and reconciliation activities.
  • Process purchase requests and monitor payment completion.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and external logistics partners.

Analysis, Reporting & Projects

  • Prepare monthly logistics dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
  • Consolidate and analyse global distribution cost forecasts.
  • Support annual sustainability and insurance reporting activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Participate in global supply chain and manufacturing initiatives as a logistics representative.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in SAP is essential.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros.
  • Exposure to Power BI or dashboard development would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with regional or global stakeholders.
  • Logistics, supply chain, procurement, finance operations, or distribution experience will be viewed favorably.
