We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitoring Inventory levels on different platforms. (ERP/ Magento).
- Assistance with financial-related aspects and follow-ups.
- Maintain continuous communication with global warehouses to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
- Process and accurately enter incoming orders into the system.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Support inventory management and distribution processes.
- Assist in analyzing reports and key performance indicators for supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to optimize workflows.
What do you need to have?
- At least 2 years of experience in a large-scale, in-house inventory company – a must.
- High proficiency in Excel - a Must.
- Experience working with ERP systems – a Must.
- Fluent English (Writing, reading, speaking) – a Must.
- Basic experience with Power Query for data transformation - an advantage.
- Knowledge with Priority – an advantage.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office or similar.
- Detail-oriented with an operational mindset; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment.
Role located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv, in a hybrid capacity.
