To strengthen our Logistics and Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Intern (m/f/d) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in an international business environment.

This internship offers valuable insights into supplier management, master data governance, procurement processes, logistics coordination, and financial operations while working closely with experienced professionals from Bosch across multiple business units.

Your Responsibilities:

Supplier Management

  • Process and monitor quality notifications within our ERP systems.
  • Support the continuous improvement of inbound delivery quality through direct communication with suppliers.
  • Review and correct erroneous system bookings and transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of supplier performance and compliance.

Master Data Management

  • Coordinate, optimize, and communicate master data activities across multiple company entities.
  • Maintain, cleanse, and correct logistics-related master data.
  • Perform analytical root-cause investigations and support data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process standardization and data governance projects.

Procurement & Logistics Coordination

  • Create and maintain operational data within relevant business systems.
  • Coordinate transportation activities for procurement materials.
  • Organize and align transportation requirements for consumable materials with internal and external stakeholders.

Invoice Verification Support

  • Review exceptional invoice cases and support clarification processes.
  • Validate service confirmations and supporting documentation for invoicing purposes.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.

Inventory & Disposal Coordination

  • Execute system-based scrapping processes and maintain corresponding documentation.
  • Support inventory accuracy and material lifecycle management activities.

Demand Forecasting Support

  • Assist in preparing replenishment demand forecasts between external and main warehouse.
  • Provide forecast information to external service providers and business partners.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Full-time student status.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style.
  • Ability to quickly understand and work with new data processing and ERP systems.

Language Skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • German language skills are considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Affinity for data analysis and digital business processes.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
