Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Import and Export:
- Oversee import, export, and local fulfillment processes.
- Facilitate the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
2. Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay informed about and ensure adherence to import and export regulations.
- Interact with government agencies to guarantee compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and related activities.
3. Warehouse and 3PL Management:
- Plan, organize, and evaluate physical stock counts.
- Implement measures to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Develop shipment plans aligned with customer requirements.
- Liaise with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
- SLA management.
4. Procurement:
- Generate purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
- Oversee the procurement process to meet organisational needs
5. Management:
Lead and manage a team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Import and Export, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Management
- More than three years of relevant work experience in supply chain management
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, mange and track multiple processes concurrently
- Proficient in ysing logistics software, including ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and foster positive relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
