Responsibilities The Opportunity This role leads Move operations in Peru, overseeing nationwide logistics across warehousing, transportation, customer service, and administrative controls, while ensuring strong integration with business planning. It is also responsible for the performance of the largest distribution center in the Andean region Accountable for delivering the operating plan, controlling logistics costs, and ensuring consistent service and product availability across the network. Drives performance through efficient execution, productivity, and disciplined cost-to-serve management. Ensures full compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards, while building an engaged, high-performing team and advancing continuous improvement and transformation to support sustainable business growth. Your Impact Lead end-to-end Distribution Center operations, ensuring service levels, efficiency, and operational excellence. Deliver the annual operating plan, achieving targets in service, cost, productivity, and inventory. Ensure optimal inventory management, guaranteeing availability and accuracy. Drive cost-to-serve optimization through efficient use of resources, transportation, and warehouse operations. Oversee primary and secondary transportation, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost control of logistics providers. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead, develop, and strengthen a high-performing team, fostering accountability and capability building. Drive continuous improvement and logistics transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Supply teams to align operations with business needs. Ensure effective planning and execution, balancing short-, mid-, and long-term priorities. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields. 10+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics operations, with proven experience leading distribution centers or large-scale operations. Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actions. Solid planning and execution capabilities, managing multiple priorities with high accuracy. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and influence teams across different levels. Results-driven mindset, with strong follow-through from planning to execution. Experience managing logistics providers and transportation operations. Solid experience in warehousing operations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments and drive continuous improvement. Advanced English proficiency.
