Key Roles and Responsibilities:
<\/div>
1.\tOversee end\-to\-end warehouse and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
<\/div>
2.\tPlan and optimize inventory levels to maintain stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
<\/div>
3.\tManage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
<\/div>
4.\tCoordinate with logistics, transportation, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
<\/div>
5.\tMonitor and improve warehouse performance through KPIs, process optimization, and cost control.
<\/div>
6.\tImplement and manage WMS/ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
<\/div>
7.\tEnsure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
<\/div>
8.\tAnalyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
<\/div>
9.\tLead and train warehouse and supply chain teams to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
<\/div>
10.\tCollaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

Requirements<\/h3>
1. Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.
<\/div>
2. Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
<\/div>
3. Ability to manage vendor relationships, transportation partners, and third\-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
<\/div>
4. Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills to handle operational challenges and improve supply chain efficiency.
<\/div>
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams, coordinate across departments, and ensure effective execution of operations.

Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
