🔹 Manage procurement, contracts & supplier relations
🔹 Handle purchase requests, quotations & bid evaluations
🔹 Ensure compliance with IRC and donor procurement policies
🔹 Support fleet management, vehicle maintenance & fuel monitoring
🔹 Prepare procurement reports and maintain audit-ready records

✅ BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field
✅ 2+ years' relevant experience (BA) or 1+ year (MA)
✅ NGO/humanitarian experience is an advantage
✅ Strong procurement, negotiation & reporting skills
✅ English required; local language is an asset
